Let’s end summer with a bang by heading to Sentosa for BBQ by the Beach!

The chefs of Sentosa BBQ by the Beach employ several veteran BBQ techniques such as the traditional Hawaiian underground oven (known as the “imu”), vertical grill and regular barbeque grill to prepare a myriad of delicious seafood and meat dishes.
I was very honored to be invited by Omy.sg and Sentosa to this sizzling once-in-forty-years BBQ extravaganza!

Here’s what I think about Sentosa BBQ by the Beach…
I loved the attentive service of the waiters and staff. They made sure that our tables were always in a presentable condition by clearing the dishes immediately after we were done with them. One time, a waiter even offered to change my juice when he realized all the ice had melted.
The pier dining experience is great but it can get quite chilly in the evening, so do remember to bring a cardigan. I also thought they could improve their lighting by the pier as it was quite dark in the late evening and I could hardly see what I was eating. Nonetheless, the splendid fireworks shows and scrumptious grilled seafood have definitely won me over so 3.5 Honeyz crowns!
