I talk a lot about self-care in my last few favourites posts, and in this edition, I want to bring another important intention to light and that is self-investment. And that's what I've been trying to do since I signed up for a gym membership on the last day of 2019. Since then, I've become a Certified Personal Trainer, wrote our own fitness and nutrition plans and most recently, after many intensive months of studying, your girl is now a Certified Nutrition Coach! (If you've watched my last vlog, this is probably old news for you already. Hehe!)
Besides investing money in financial assets, I also spent the last couple of years investing in my biggest asset - me. 😃
I do this by continually enhancing my knowledge about fitness and wellness topics through internationally recognised courses which not only provide a certification but a close-knit community that keeps your journey in check and regularly updates you about the latest health research. These are all extremely helpful for my fitness ventures. I was never a fitness buff. The only time I worked out regularly was a few months before my wedding. I never thought that one trip to the gym would change my goals so drastically but I'm so loving it!
I strongly urge you to get lost in this wonderful life of yours and hopefully discover other treasures along the way too.

Never thought I would say this again but I'm in desperate need of a skin makeover.
I'm in my mid-30s and I truly thought the days of zits and acne are behind me but I can't be more wrong. They seem to be manifesting on my poor skin lately, undermining my pride all over again just like my teeny bopper days.
