Winnie The Pooh Has Arrived At His New Happy Place - NTUC FairPrice!

“Doing nothing often leads to the very best of something.” - Winnie the Pooh

I remember hearing this quote for the first time in the movie Christopher Robin (2018) which tells the story of a now-grown-up Christopher Robin who tried to find his long-lost friends in the Hundred Acre Wood. The movie has many fun moments and important reminders like this quote, for many of us who focus too much on creating a well-oiled future but forgot about living in the moment. You never know what you'll find when you're not looking!

Wise words coming from the bear whom I think was certainly 'inaptly nicknamed' the Willy Nilly Silly Old Bear. 😅

If you're like me, perpetually in awe of these unexpected enlightening words from Pooh, you may be happy to know that his wisdom is plastered all over this latest collection by NTUC.

From the same guys who brought you the wildly popular Mickey Mouse collection last year, they are back with a vengeance! This time, it's a woodland-themed Winnie the Pooh collection that took inspiration from the Hundred Acre Wood, Christopher Robin's happy place that is actually based on a real place, Ashdown Forest in East Sussex, England.

My husband and I always talk about retiring in the quiet English countryside so this Meadow Garden collection really excites me. This is what I imagine my future kitchenware would look like in my home in a small village in the UK. Hehe!

Anyway, without further ado, please allow me to introduce to you the brand new NTUC x Winne the Pooh Meadow Garden collection!

My favourite of the lot is this pair - a 1.8L pitcher that comes with a touch-activated thermometer

with an integrated lithium battery and this ceramic tea pot and glass cup that looks like a snow globe.

The purchase-for-purchase limited edition Winnie the Pooh-themed Collection is now available exclusively through the NTUC FairPrice Loyalty Programme, where shoppers can collect 1 bonus point for every $30 spent in a single receipt for in-store purchases until 20th July 2022, while stocks last.

Cheers convenience stores will also be running a similar redemption programme. The range, while not as large as Fairprice’s, will be exclusive to Cheers stores only. This towel set and flask will be available at Cheers.

See the entire collection in action in my latest reel!
