Who says beauty can’t inspire?
It just did!
Recently, a male friend in his late 40s (also a Honeyz reader) told me that my beauty posts especially the nail ones inspired him to take care of his physical well-being.
Baffled, I asked ‘How?’
Here’s his explanation.
“I’m a traditional guy who never thought appearance can be THAT important nor can it affect impressions. However, I realized that I’ve been paying special attention to my appearance these days like making sure my tie does not go past the belt and the cut of my shirt accentuates my figure! It’s crazy! The posts especially this one made me realized that there are so many things we can do to liven up the look of our nails and take care of them. A set of well trimmed and healthy-looking nails does not only make one look glamorous and professional, it is also a good hygiene practice to maintain them. Darn! I think I can never look at nails the same way again!”
I almost cried.
I’m so happy that my blog is making a difference in the men’s beauty and fashion world too!
Should I call my male readers Honeyz Hunks then?
