  • My Disney Adventure Cruise Got Cancelled - Again. Here's What Happened (And What Disney Did About It)

I want to start with something I don't say lightly: I am still a Disney fan. Even after everything I'm about to tell you. 1.5 Years in the Making I booked this sailing on the Disney Adventure 1.5 years in advance. Made arrangements at the clinic, coordinated my schedule, the works. Bobby secretly arranged a Baymax birthday package for my cabin because it fell on my birthday. The banners were up. I had my sailor hat on. Mickey was performing on deck. I was grinning like a child. And then the captain made an announcement. To give you some context… this was actually my second cancellation. I started planning in December 2024 and my first sailing was supposed to be the Disney Adventure maiden voyage in December 2025. That one got cancelled too. So when the captain made the announcement this time, let's just say… I knew exactly how this feeling goes. 😅 When It All Stopped The cruise was being cancelled due to a mechanical issue. Just like that. Disney opened all their restaurants and told everyone to eat as much as they wanted. We sat down and tried. But around us, parents were quietly comforting their children - little ones in Mickey ears who didn't fully understand why the ship wasn't moving. The parents looked exhausted, holding it together for their kids while clearly heartbroken themselves. That hit harder than my own disappointment. 🥺 Why I'm Not Angry at Disney Disney lost millions cancelling this trip. But imagine the alternative - sailing with a mechanical fault, thousands of passengers on board, mostly children, something going wrong mid-sea. They chose safety over revenue. I respect that deeply. They also didn't disappear after. They followed up, reminded me to submit my receipts for claims, and handled everything with care and accountability. That is the Disney standard. We Brought the Party Home Bobby refused to let my birthday be a write-off. We packed up the Baymax banners and brought the whole party home. He'd hidden a Baymax plushie on our bed. I walked in from one of the strangest days of the year and found this big squishy marshmallow waiting for me. 🥹✨ He lives on our bed now. Permanently. If This Happened to You A few practical notes for anyone searching because the same thing happened to them: Compensation. Disney offered affected passengers one future sailing at 50% off per cancellation. As this was my second cancellation, I received two sailings at 50% off so… I'm going back this Christmas and again on my birthday next year! Wheeeee! If this was your first cancellation, you should have received one sailing at 50% off. Call Disney Cruise Line at +65 6228-3728 if you need further information on how to claim your 50% off. Expense claims. Document everything -transport, activities, accommodation and submit receipts through Disney's official channels. Travel insurance. Coverage varies depending on how your insurer classifies a mechanical cancellation. Check your policy and request official documentation from Disney. And Now, We Sail Again I have a full vlog of this whole saga coming soon - the real-time reaction, the restaurants, the banners coming home, all of it. Stay close. Has a trip ever been cancelled on you at the last minute? Tell me how you handled it below. Thank you for all your kind messages. They made a difficult day so much lighter. 💙🚢 Your friend, Juliana

  • I've Been Doing RevLite Laser for 6 Years. Here's What My Skin Looks Like Now

Psst! Here’s something I don’t share enough about - my skin journey. 🌿 I’ve been doing the Revlite Laser treatment at Celevenus Wellness & Aesthetic Clinic for over 6 years now. In the first year, I was going every single month. Now I only come in every few months to maintain the results. That progression alone tells you everything about how effective this treatment is. This isn’t a one-session miracle story. It’s consistency, trust, and finding the right doctor who genuinely understands your skin. When you run a clinic yourself, you notice things the average patient doesn’t - the workflow, the consultation quality, the way the doctor explains things, the aftercare protocol. Dr Dylan and his team have never once made me feel like just another patient. And after 6 years? They feel like family. 🥹 You’re in very good hands when you visit Celevenus Aesthetic & Wellness Clinic. So would you try RevLite Laser? Do you feel like you need to address brown spots or are you happy leaving them be? Let me know in the comments below! Meanwhile, here are Celevenus' contact details. • Okay… Can You Spell Gabbana? 👠🖤 My Devil Wears Prada Outfit Picks

Oh gosh. I Can't Believe It's Back. 👠🖤 Okay real talk. Devil Wears Prada 2 is actually happening and I am not okay. I am so not okay. 🙈 Spoiler alert for the first movie ahead. You've been warned! Here's the thing. I remember absolutely loving the outfits in the first movie like, obsessively. But the ending? It always left me a little unsettled. Andy worked so incredibly hard. She gave up her sleep, her friendships, her relationship, her entire identity and what did she get at the end of it all? Miranda Priestly didn't even smile at her in that final scene. Just a fleeting glance in the rear view mirror and that was it. No recognition. No reward. Nothing. I remember watching that as a wee 20 year old, bright eyed and fully convinced that life always has a happy ending. That hard work always gets rewarded. That things always work out the way they're supposed to. Twenty years later? I'm aware. Very aware. 😄 I'm aware that life doesn't always reward hard work the way we expect it to. I'm aware that things don't always go in a straight line. I'm aware that curveballs are part of the package and honestly? That's what makes life interesting. But here's what I've also learnt after 20 years: you will always be rewarded. Just maybe not in the way you expected. And sometimes, what you thought you wanted wasn't actually what you needed. Andy left Runway and landed somewhere better. Maybe that was the whole point. I guess at 20, I wasn't ready to see that. At 40, I absolutely am. 😊 Anyway! 😄 A couple of weeks ago, SHEIN approached me for their Fit Check Challenge and of course I said yes immediately… but only if I could make it Devil Wears Prada themed. And they were like… totally! ✨👠 So I sat down to plan my wardrobe update and honestly? I didn't realise how much this movie had shaped my taste over the years… until I opened my wardrobe and it was already full of black and red leather. 😂 Apparently Andrea Sachs and Miranda Priestly have been living in my head rent free this whole time. So naturally, when the sequel was announced after 20 years, my SHEIN cart paid the price. Psst! Search ZC2GK on SHEIN to check out my wardrobe featured in this video and enjoy more discounts! Who else is counting down?! Drop a 👠 below, I need to know I'm not alone in this! 😂 Enjoy the movie and happy shopping, belles and beaus! 🖤✨ Your friend, Juliana

  • We Drove 1.5 Hours for THIS Restaurant in Dhaka 😱 (Worth It?) | The Bubbles Dhaka | Travel VLOG

Hi belles and beaus! I'm back with the final Dhaka vlog and honestly this one hit different. 🥹🇧🇩 We did a spontaneous photoshoot right in the middle of the streets of Dhaka which was totally chaotic, fun, and completely unplanned. 📸 Then we drove 1.5 hours to visit one of Dhaka's most talked about restaurants. There's an infinity pool right in the middle of it. Was the drive worth it? You'll have to watch to find out 👀 but I will say the menu surprised me. South East Asian food done in a way I completely did not expect… and it was really good. We also explored Jamuna Future Park, one of Dhaka's largest malls and yes, I may have shopped a little. And then came the part I wasn't ready for… saying goodbye to my mother in law. Until we meet again. Watch the full vlog for all the action, laughs and feels. Your friend, Juliana

  • My Little Calm in a Very Busy Season ✨

Ribbons. Candles. Reset. Repeat. 🎀✨ I’m writing this on a quiet afternoon in my Bunny HQ, right after shooting this series. It’s been a really productive few weeks across every part of my work life, from the blog, to socials, to the clinic, and even our new medtech project… we’ve been firing on all cylinders lately. So when it came to my nail collab with Nail Indulgence, I told myself - no overthinking this time. No theme, no decision fatigue. …well, clearly that didn’t last very long 😅 I reached the salon and ended up going with ribbons (because I guess it’s just in me at this point 🤍). I wanted something simple, soft, and feminine, a little contrast to the chaos. Once my nails were done, I came back to Bunny HQ and shot this with my husband, Bobby, in a very chill, cosy setting ✨ Simple beige cat eye nails with delicate ribbons, something that goes with everything, and somehow feels quietly put together without trying too hard. I asked Amanda for something minimal… and she absolutely delivered. And honestly, amidst everything going on, it feels nice to have something a little more calm. What do you think? Are neutrals calming? 🤍 Looking for a nail glow-up too? Mention “JULIANA”  for a magical 10% off all services  at Nail Indulgence De Beau . • Salon Review: Jawed Habib Hair Salon

This October, a new season falls upon us… And that calls for a hair color change! Whee! Psst! Read on to find out how you can enjoy 10% off all hair services at Jawed Habib! Two weeks ago, I was invited to one of the most highly acclaimed beauty salons from India – Jawed Habib, to experience their Color Intensive Care treatment. The treatment involves hair coloring and a restorative hair treatment that rejuvenates and restores the vibrant health of damaged hair. I arrived at the salon at Tanjong Katong on a Friday afternoon and was greeted by a scorching sun (boo!), an eye-popping red signboard and a glass window of hair products. I walked into the salon and was immediately awed by its magnificent space and cleanliness. This is my most favorite part of the salon – the chill out space. It is well equipped with comfortable sofas and magazines that makes it a great waiting area for our bored boyfriends and hubbies. 😛 Besides hair grooming services, the salon also offers a suite of beauty treatments such as nail and facial treatments to fulfill all your beauty needs. I mentioned earlier in the post that Jawed Habib Hair Salon actually hails from the land of rich culture and heritage – India. Please allow me to introduce to you the man behind the reputable Jawed Habib Hair and Beauty Salon Ltd (JHHBL) – Jawed Habib himself. Ah.. yes. He was the guy in the picture at the chill out corner. Jawed Habib came from a family of hairdressers who had styled famous personalities such as the last British viceroy, Lord Mountbatten and Jawaharlal Nehru, India’s first Prime Minister. To preserve the family’s legacy, Jawed Habib started Jawed Habib Hair and Beauty Salon Ltd to provide quality hair styling and beauty grooming services to the wider population of India in 2006. The salon was a major success and soon JHHBL became one of India’s leading hair and beauty salon companies with 312 franchised outlets in 90 cities across India, and salons all over the world including London, USA, Dubai and of course Singapore! The Singapore office is managed by Denise who’s also the co-founder and lead hairstylist of the salon. Denise is probably one of the most accomplished hair stylist I’ve ever known with extensive hair styling experience that spans many years in many continents. During our hair consultation, Denise shed light on the different hair textures of the Indians and the Chinese and the different methods of handling them. According to her, Indian hair generally looks thick and wavy but in fact, their hair texture is very fine which makes them very airy and bouncy. Their hair also changes along with the weather and will swell and become frizzy in our humid weather. In contrast, Chinese hair texture is thick, dry and coarse. Most salons in Singapore are not aware of this difference, hence, they usually do not handle Indian hair correctly. Denise believes that every client should be treated according to their hair texture and preference. So she decided to leave the country a few years ago to consult hair expert Jawed Habib in Mumbai on the proper styling techniques for Indian hair. How passionate! So there you go. After a few months of intensive training, Denise brought her vision for the salon to fruition by opening Jawed Habib Hair Salon that specializes in cutting and treating Indian hair in Singapore. Yay! Time to rejoice my Indian friends! 😀 So this was the condition of my hair on the day of the visit. As predicted, my hair was dry, coarse, slightly static and “headed for splitsville”. So it was important to use products that are nourishing and less harsh on my hair. Denise suggested using chemical free and anti-frizz products from Wella for my treatment. Because of its poor condition, Denise strongly discouraged bright colors or going for the ombre or dip dyed hair trend. So I chose my all-time favorite – the mousy brown hair look. Let the work begin! Denise went on to highlight my hair first. The foil helps Denise spread my hair strands evenly to create a mirror reflection effect which will produce a more blended and natural look. The whole process was very enlightening because Denise spent most of the time imparting wholesome hair care tips and teaching me how to differentiate between good and bad methods of hair styling. Check out that ‘attentive look’! Haha! Someone should consider casting me in the next Alien movie. With the drying hood over my aluminium hair, I’m affirmative that I’ll make a pretty good alien. Thumbs up for ear caps! After removing the hair dye, the chirpy Jawed Habib ladies dried my hair and applied the hair treatment cream on it. The treatment aims to soften my hair cuticles and seal in the moisture to leave my hair looking soft, smooth and shiny like I’ve just had a soft rebonding treatment. To speed up the drying process, the drying hood is ‘put into action’ again. To completely seal the moisture in my hair, Denise blow-dried my hair with the sticky treatment cream still on. Be warned that this process may be slightly uncomfortable for some because the process involves some tugging of the hair. Despite the ‘uncomfortability factor’, I was rather pleased with the results. My hair was significantly softer and less frizzy after the treatment. Here comes my most favorite part of the treatment – styling! I opted for natural tousled waves that I thought were great for a Friday evening out. And here’s the big reveal. I went from this in the day… To this! Even though the treatment took a whopping 5.5 hours, I was very happy with the results. I took several photos of my new hairdo that evening. I admired Denise’s positive attitude, dedication and passion towards professional hairstyling. She emphasized that bad hair styling methods will damage the hair and lead to hair loss so she’ll always ensure that her team is adequately trained and her products are carefully selected for maximum quality control. To Denise, her customers’ health and well-being are more important than running a lucrative business. So I know I am in good hands when I’m in Jawed Habib Hair Salon. 🙂 In case you’re interested, the Color Intensive Care treatment for my ‘rapunzel’ hair length cost SGD210. Usually it’ll cost much more than that for coloring, highlighting and treatment. For its wholesome hair products, full-service menu, affordable priceline and scintillating hair services, I give it 4.5 Honeyz crowns! I attended the Tachi Zero movie premiere three days after the treatment and my hair still looked and felt silky and smooth. Here’s a close-up in natural lighting. Can’t wait to check out Jawed Habib too? Here’s a good news for you! Quote ‘Honeyz’ for 10% off all services at Jawed Habib! Call them at +65 6348 0212 or visit their website at  www.streetdirectory.com/jawed-habib  to book your appointment. They are located at: 279 Tanjong Katong Road, (S)437062 (It is located near Tanjong Katong Girls’ School.) Your journey towards soft and shiny princess hair begins here . ✨ Update as of April 2026 Jawed Habib Hair Salon has since closed down in Singapore. • Pan Pacific Singapore Reigns Supreme! Trust Me, Even TripAdvisor Will Agree!

B and I stayed at the Pan Pacific Singapore Hotel a few years ago, albeit not at the same time, we both retained similar pleasant memories of the charming hotel. However, the good experience was entirely overwritten two months ago when we visited the refurbished luxury hotel for their Bed, Brunch and Bliss one-night staycation. This time, we got ‘more than what we asked for’. 😛 I would say, the 5-star treatment has now been elevated to a whole new level with cosy suites that offer magnificent panoramic views of the city and complimentary champagne brunches which are simply – an epitome of stylish living and grandeur. We felt like royalty as we indulged in our idyllic getaway. Within 48 hours, the pre-wedding jitters were lifted away and the brunch, I don’t even know where to start. If you’re looking for a resplendent romantic respite that pampers you as well as your belly AND that simply screams ‘Fabulousa!’, then you have to read on! And this was where it all started. Checking in was a breeze. We were warmly received by Pan Pacfic’s associates upon arriving the hotel lobby. Before we even introduced ourselves, they addressed B and I by our names! That certainly made us feel really welcome. Then we headed to the Pacific Club for our check in but was promptly told that their Pan Pac associates had already conducted an in-room check in on our behalf. Whoa???!!  Well, less time for admin procedures means more time for play! Woo hoo! Before we head to our room, we were given a private tour of the hotel premises. The first thing we noticed? These cute floating timbre pods at the lobby of course! They weren’t there during my last stay at the hotel in 2009. Evidently, the hotel underwent an extensive furbishment. We asked for more details and was told that the hotel closed for three months for a complete makeover in 2012 and today, the lobby features Asia’s LONGEST bar and we’re talking about a whopping 44 metres! As well as these adorable pods that are set over water to give their guests a comfy private space while they enjoy their drinks and music. I was also very glad to see that they retained their iconic 35-storey atrium which features these glass elevators that oversee the lobby. And now it’s time to go up, up and away! And here I am on the 34th floor – all ready to check into my room of wonders. But first,  let’s check the view. Hmm… not bad, not bad. Okay. Enough messing around. Say hello to Pan Pacific Singapore’s Harbour Suite. 🙂 OPEN SESAME! And it leads to this. 🙂 Just what every vain girl needs – a mirror with built in lights! “Oh Juliana, what big mirrors you’ve got!” and the girl replies “All the better to check for blackheads, apply my mascara, and remove accidental lipstick stains with, my dear!” #justbeingsilly First there was the #selfie, then the #footsie. Now I’m gonna start my own trend, the #tubsie! Bath lovers will cry if they see this. Imagine soaking in this luxurious and smooth designer concrete tub filled with a mass of frothy bubbles. Aaah… It’s so big I think it would be able to fit three of me comfortably. Here’s a wide shot of the bathroom. Check out the amenities! Yay! Products from the UK’s leading beauty brand, Elemis ! Now I can recreate the luxurious spa experience in the comfort of my own room! Besides the usual shower products, hand cream and nail kits, the hotel also provided this Elemis Cooling Mint Mist spray that’s absolutely refreshing for the skin. It’s ideal for jetsetters for a quick pick-me-up after a long flight. Think of it as Febreeze for your face! Tiger Balm ointment spotted! Who would have expected to see this??? In case you’re wondering what you can do with it… It is perfect for soothing bloatedness, headaches, muscle strains or any other discomfort you may have! #TrustAuntJules The bathroom never ends. Here’s the other side that features the toilet and shower. Yay! More Elemis products in the shower room. 😀 I love how elegant, contemporary and seamless the entire bathroom looks – from the sleek marble tiles to the neutral interior. Great design pointers for our new home, B! Next up – the walk-in wardrobe! Yup! You read me right! Every suite is equipped with this spacious walk-in closet that also comes with a full-length mirror, safe, comfy cushioned slippers, ironing board and sleeping robes. And now we walk through the door way again to enter… … the living room! Yup, I’ve a living room too. 😛 The living room is a dream world on its own. There’s a large sofa, smart TV, nice selection of magazines and even a Nespresso coffee machine! Psst! That is an ergonomic Herman Miller desk chair by the way. Office luxury at it’s finest. 🙂 This personalized message was displayed on the screen when we came in. Stuff that was on my work desk. A very futuristic thumb drive with everything we need to know about our Bed, Brunch and Bliss one-night staycation (and that includes the perks)! Another personalized note by the Pan Pac folks. 🙂 As you can see, we were also granted access to the Pacific Club that is situated at the crown of the hotel on level 38. It offers stunning 360-degree views of Marina Bay, the South China Sea and the city skyline. Designed to blend the business and leisure needs of guests, the Pacific Club experience includes round-the- clock access, privileges such as refreshments and cocktails, and personalised guest services. Regrettably, we didn’t visit the club at all (except during the private tour) as we were too busy taking photos and enjoying the other facilities of the hotel. Well, maybe next time. 🙂 Going back to the room… With just one click, I can request for anything in the world! Okay, we kinda did. We requested for a DVD player, room service, more Evian water and we received them in a jiffy. I also noticed this device on the table. Can you guess what it is for? Tadah! It’s a table lamp! Simply swipe the strip shown above to adjust the brightness. Very cool eh? Wowee! In-room treats by their very own Pacific Marketplace. These cookies are da bomb! B and I broke our no-carb diet for these bad boys! Haha! Yup. And we gobbled them up within minutes. Fresh juicilicious fruits anyone? Can’t forget the mini bar! Everything is FOC except the alcoholic beverages. No alcohol? No problem! Those complimentary juices and these choco babies are enough to satisfy any beverage needs. 😛 Nothing beats a king-sized bed with plush linens and pillows, in front of a 37” Smart television that synchronises wirelessly to your mobile devices! And that view behind me… Breathtaking, eh? Did I mention that the staycay package provides more than just a room? It also offers a gaping 30% saving for dinner at hotel-operated restaurants and bars but note that advance reservations are required at Atrium, Pacific Marketplace, Edge, Hai Tien Lo and Keyaki. Bobby and I celebrated our first and last Valentine’s Day at the Keyaki so we intuitively made reservations at Keyaki for a romantic pre-wedding dinner date as well as to enjoy the 30% discount. Hehe. You have to see the food! The sashimi was fresh, meat was succulent and the presentation – unmatched. No wonder they’ve stayed on top for so many years. This wasn’t in the menu that day but we remember having it during our last visit and falling head over heels with it. And guess what? The chef kindly offered to whip up this dish again for our dining delight! In case you’re wondering, it’s grilled asparagus enveloped in a delectable slice of Wagyu beef. Mmm… We’re done with our very indulging dinner! #utterlysatisfied And now it’s back to the hotel for a relaxing hot bath. And here comes the biggest horror story of my stay – I forgot to bring my Lush bath bombs. Teng teng teng! I bought them, packed them together but totally didn’t remember to lug them along when I left my house. Urgh! But ‘life will always find a way’ – when I was about to prepare my hot bath,  guess what I discovered??? Yup! Bath salts, courtesy of Pan Pacific! Not a bad substitute. 😛 Rise and shine! Awww… I wish I can wake up to this spectacular scenery every day. After taking the above photo, we headed straight back to Keyaki for more photos with their Tanuki statue and zen decor. It was too dark to capture the serenity and beauty of the garden so we decided to do it when it’s bright and sunny. Morning kiss! Muuuuaaah! :* About time for brunch! The privileges of the Bed, Brunch and Bliss package are endless I tell you! We were also treated to a four-hour Sunday Champagne Brunch (usual price $158 per adult) for two at Edge, the hotel’s live theatre restaurant located on level 3 of the hotel as part of our staycay perks. You’ll be astonished to know that the Champagne Brunch offers an extensive sumptous selection seafood, Japanese omi wagyu beef and Pan Pacific sausages grilled a la minute, prime rib and suckling pig on the carvery, truffle eggs, freshly- made duck confit ravioli, a two-metre cheeseboard and over 20 dessert choices, complemented with Veuve Clicquot Champagne which is apparently, my most favorite champagne in the world! Seeing this just makes my day! Whee! When we arrived, we were immediately led to our table which was already reserved by Pan Pac and… it has my name on it! 😀 Besides the pre-prepped luxurious fare at the different buffet sections, you can also order freshly made food from the stations with these wooden sticks. Here’s what we got! My dear foodies, below is what you need to know about the 4-Hour Champagne Brunch. Highlights of the brunch:  – Crustacean on Ice: Boston lobster, 3 types of French and Canadian Oysters – ‘Live’ Grill: Wagyu Beef and signature Pan Pacific Sausages grilled upon request – Carvery: Prime Rib, Waygu Beef, Suckling Pig – Egg Station: Poached Egg with Truffle Coulis – Pasta made a la minute: Duck Confit Ravioli – Feast-On-Wheels: Signature seafood and meats items such as Home Cured Salmon Gravlax and Crispy Kurobuta Pork Belly served at guests’ tables – Two-metre Cheeseboard: 30 varieties of artisanal Cheese and Raclette a la minute – Dessert Station: An elaborate presentation of 20 desserts including Candy Crush Sponge Cake, Gluten-Free Red Velvet Cake and Chocolate Brownie For those with a sweet tooth, you’re gonna drool at these next few photos! And how can you not instagram it??? Haha! #foodoftheday He’s had four glasses in an hour and now he’s thinking of getting another one. Sheesh! And you know what? The waiter at the bar noticed his pondering expression and decided to serve him another glass even though we didn’t ask for it! Oh well. Here you go B. Cheers! It was 4pm and the brunch had ended. And in case you’re wondering, we haven’t checked out. Yup another staycation perk – late check out at 5pm. Just how service-oriented can Pan Pac get??? Wait till you hear this next feature and you’ll know. We explored their pool. Well, it doesn’t look anything out of the ordinary right? Wrong! The outdoor pool is equipped with underwater speakers! Haha! Yup. It’s no longer restricted to synchronised swimmers, now you can also listen to awesome tunes while you take a dip in the pool. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, I came back to my room and found this on the table. Yay! Now check out will only take seconds! Since the hotel expected a high volume of departures on Sundays, they decided to offer Express Check Out services for their guests. All we have to do is to view and verify our room bill on our TV and complete the form attached. Then return it at the Check-Out box at level 1. When I arrived at the lobby, one of the Pan Pac associates immediately approached me and asked if we were checking out. When he confirmed that I was, he simply took the form from me and told me he’ll check out on my behalf. I wasn’t even near the check out box! In case you’re wondering, the associate didn’t know I’m a blogger invited by the hotel so this is not a biased view, okay? The level of service in this hotel is simply mind-blowing. How can everyone in the hotel be so consistent in delivering impeccable service??? I’m certainly giving Pan Pacific Singapore 5 Honeyz crowns! The interior and buffet spread are world class and the good service was the icing on an already amazing cake. B and I swear that we’ll return very very soon. Maybe even this week! My only gripe is probably the lack of a 3 pin plug socket near a mirror so I can style my hair with my hair tools. But of course, this is a small oversight compared to the personalised attention and great hospitality Pan Pac has given us so far. Never have we seen a hotel this committed to providing good service. Kudos Pan Pac! We’ll definitely be recommending our friends and family to your hotel! Here’s a summary of what the Bed, Brunch and Bliss package entails: – A one-night stay for two guests in a Harbour Studio room – Sunday Champagne Brunch for two at Edge – Late check-out at 5:00pm on Sunday – 30% savings for dinner at hotel-operated restaurants and bars (Advance reservations required at Atrium, Pacific Marketplace, Edge, Hai Tien Lo and Keyaki) – Internet access – One parking coupon Pan Pacific is always introducing new staycation packages with similar privileges so please stick around for the latest about them or simply visit their FB page at  facebook.com/panpacificsingapore  or their Offers page for more info. Engaged couples who are interested in holding their wedding at Pan Pac rejoice! Wedding at Pan Pacific Singapore Hotel The considerate folks at Black Box have done it again. Any lovebirds taking the big step will know how stressful wedding day can be. A million people to please, everyone’s pulling you left, right and center, the organized chaos can be dizzying. Things usually do fall into place and most people can look back and laugh but when you’re in the midst of the madness it can be pretty stressful. Thankfully anyone holding their wedding at the Pan Pacific Hotel Singapore will get a head start with these his and hers wedding survival Black Boxes – full to the brim with essential goodies. The brides box contains 15 fabulous items including the Klarity LasertoxTM V-Line Slim Up Mask, Klarity Lasertox CC Miracle White Lotion, Nivea Refreshing Facial Cleansing Wipes and my favourites, the Hada Labo SHA Hydrating Lotion and Hada Labo SHA Hydrating Milk as well as the Bioderma Sensibio H20 makeup remover, strong yet suitable for even sensitive skin. It really is a great pre-prepared box, I only wish brides-to-be could get their hands on these beauty boxes earlier as it’s always risky business for an imminent bride to use a product on wedding day that they haven’t used before. Some of these products would no doubt do wonders for your complexion leading up to the big day. But this is only one half of the equation, what did the hubby think of his Black Box? “WOOHOOOOOOO!!!! Hawt diggitty dawg! It’s Bobby here and I can say I was pretty stoked with the grooms’ edition of the Black Box. I’m still clueless about all this skin care stuff, so to have products already picked out for me to use was pretty great. The box contained 7 products of which my faves were the L’Oréal Paris Men Expertise Charcoal Black Scrub, Men Expert Hydra Energetic X-Treme Moisturizer and Nivea Men Silver Protect Deodorant Roll On. • Year In Review: My Hair Makeovers At Shunji Matsuo

2015 has been nothing but rewarding – hosted my very first health and wellness event with my husband, went on a nice honeymoon, got married again in the UK (haha!), took part in the Singapore Blog Awards, bought a new house and acquired a new office space for Honeyz Cube. What made it even better was stepping out of my beauty comfort zone and trying new colors for the first time. I loved playing hair chameleon as I went to the salon almost once every month and leaving with a completely different hair persona each time. Let’s take a very colourful trip down memory lane. Here’s my year in hair! Most people stress over their weddings, now imagine that I had to do it three times! It was fun and exciting but I did have to play my hair safe. Dominated by dark and brown hues, this green accent was as adventurous as I got. Strategically planned by my stylist, the green melted away to leave a rich brown tone for my wedding, perfectly in keeping with Belle’s aesthetic from Beauty and the Beast as I had hoped. January 2015 A Study In Pink It was the much-needed injection of life and vitality that my hair had been craving for. It’s remarkable how much your hair can affect your mood. The power pink punch really boosted my energy to make it an absolutely fantastic start of the year. February 2015 Pink Must Go On I was definitely not ready to let go of pink girl power so fast! So rather than just re-hash the same style, William reimagined my pink mane so that I could keep buzzing with life from the vibrant colour all while sporting a different style. March – May 2015 Purple Pride It made for the perfect sunset companion on my honeymoon. Dark definitely doesn’t mean serious! June – August 2015 Ombre Mania As the sun set on a fantastic summer and autumn started to raise its sleepy head, I embraced this classic ombre look. Great for autumn as the leaves around the world turn a warm golden brown, it’s a fun yet versatile look appropriate for both work and play. September – October 2015 Show Me The Light Not yet ready to let my ombre look go completely and yet too time-strapped for a completely new do, William worked his magic to refresh my existing look. With some strategic highlights, William was able to create something completely new while maintaining the overall existing colour theme. November – December 2015 Inner Rock Star The lure of the dark side was just too strong as I embraced my inner rock star once again for the end of the year. Literally ending the year with a loud bang and explosion of colour! Feeling adventurous but scared to take the colour plunge, fear not, you’ll be in very safe hands with William, a real colour master.
